[Chapter One] The Secret Art (秘技) of the Manufacturing Jianghu: The First Step of the AX Divine Technique]

서문: 난세의 제조강호

제조강호(製造江湖)에 거대한 풍랑이 일고 있다. 

서구의 ‘자동화(Automation)파’와 대륙의 ‘저가공세(Low-cost)파’ 사이에서 우리 고려의 제조 문파들은 내공의 한계를 느끼며 스러져가고 있었다. 

이때 강호의 기인들이 속삭이기 시작했으니, 그것이 바로 전설의 비급 ‘AX(AI Transformation) 신공’ 이다.

하지만 조급한 마음에 내공(Data)도 쌓이지 않은 자들이 무턱대고 이 신공을 익히려다 주화입마(투자 실패)에 빠지는 일이 허다하다. 

23성(23년)의 공력을 지닌 이 늙은 고수가 그 입문의 도(道)를 설파하고자 한다.

[Preface: The Age of Chaos in the Manufacturing Jianghu (製造江湖)

A great tempest is rising across the Manufacturing Jianghu (製造江湖).

From the West, the school of Automation (自動化派) advances with relentless force. From the Continent, the sect of Low-Cost Assault (低價攻勢派) floods the market like a tide that knows no retreat.

Caught between these two great powers, the manufacturing sects of our kingdom of Goryeo — once proud, once mighty — now feel the limits of their inner strength (內功) giving way beneath them. One by one, they falter. One by one, they fall.

It was in this hour of crisis that the eccentrics of the Jianghu began to whisper among themselves.

The whispers spoke of a legendary secret manual. A technique of unimaginable power. Its name — The Divine Technique of AX: AI Transformation (AX神功)

And yet.
Many there are who, seized by impatience and desperate hunger, have rushed 

to master this divine technique before their inner energy (內功) — their Data — has had the time to accumulate.
The result is always the same.
They fall into the dreaded state of Zhùhuǒrùmó — the Deviation of Qi.
What the realm calls, in plainer tongue: the ruin of failed investment.
It is for these souls — and for those wise enough to seek counsel before they 

stumble — that this old master now raises his voice.
Twenty-six years of cultivated power (功力). 

Twenty-six cycles of the sun and snow, forged upon the factory floor of the Jianghu.
This aged expert shall now expound the proper Way (道) of entry — the true 

first step onto the path of the AX Divine Technique.

1. 심법(心法)을 먼저 바로 세워라: “도구는 거들 뿐이다”

하수들은 명검만 얻으면 천하제일이 될 줄 안다. “챗GPT라는 보검을 쥐어주면 공장이 알아서 돌아가겠지”라는 생각은 착각이다. 

AX의 근본 심법은 ‘문제의 혈을 짚는 것’ 이다. 

우리 문파의 가장 큰 고질병이 불량품(품질)인지, 아니면 제자들의 게으름(공정 비효율)인지부터 파악해야 한다. 

혈을 모른 채 침을 놓는 것은 자해와 다름없다.

[1. First, Align the Mind Technique (心法): “The Tool is Merely an Attendant”
The lesser practitioners all believe the same thing.
That if only they could obtain the legendary sword — the gleaming blade of 

supreme craft — they would instantly become the greatest under the heavens.

“If we simply place the divine sword called ChatGPT into the hands of the 

factory, surely it will run itself.”
This belief is a phantom.
A beautiful, ruinous illusion.
The foundational Mind Technique (心法) of AX is this: To find and press the vital acupoint (穴) of the problem itself.
Before a single technique is deployed, before a single weapon is drawn — one must first ask the questions that matter.
What is the deepest chronic illness of your sect?
Is it defective products — the plague of quality failures?
Or is it the idleness of your disciples — the rot of process inefficiency?
Identify the acupoint first.
Then — and only then — reach for the needle.
To drive a needle into flesh without knowing where the acupoint lies is not medicine.
It is self-inflicted harm.]

2. 내공(Data)의 바다를 정화하라

비급을 익히기 전, 단전(Database)에 정순한 내공이 쌓여있어야 한다. 

현장의 장부들이 중구난방이요, 제자들마다 쓰는 무공의 이름(데이터 표준화)이 다르다면 AX 신공은커녕 기초 무공도 펼칠 수 없다. 

SAP와 MES라는 기틀을 통해 내공을 정화하고 운기조식(데이터 정제)을 마치는 것이 AX 대성(大成)의 필수 전제조건이다.

[2. Purify the Ocean of Inner Energy (內功) — the Data

Before one may begin to study the secret manual, the cinnabar field (丹田) — the Database — must already hold within it a reservoir of pure and undisturbed inner energy (內功).
For if the ledgers of the factory floor speak in a dozen contradicting voices, and if every disciple calls the same technique by a different name — if Data Standardization is nowhere to be found —
then the AX Divine Technique is not merely out of reach.
Even the most elementary forms of basic martial art cannot be executed.
Through the twin pillars of SAP and MES — the great structural frameworks of the modern manufacturing sect — the inner energy must first be refined.
In the language of the present age: Data Cleansing.
Only when this purification is complete — only when the cinnabar field holds clean, structured, standardized energy — does the path to the Great Mastery (大成) of AX open its gate.
This is not a recommendation. It is a prerequisite. Absolute. Non-negotiable.]

3. 파초(PoC)를 통해 검증하라

처음부터 강호 전체를 평정하려 들지 마라. 

우선 문파의 작은 마당(특정 공정)에서 먼저 초식을 펼쳐보아야 한다.

• 품질 검사: 천 리 밖의 파리 날개짓도 잡아내는 ‘심안(Computer Vision)’을 기르거나,
• 예지 보전: 기계의 신음 소리만 듣고도 고장을 예견하는 ‘청공(Predictive Maintenance)’을 시전해 보는 것이다. 작은 대결에서 승리해 보아야 장문인(CEO)의 신뢰를 얻고, 더 큰 공력을 지원받을 수 있다.

[3. Validate Through Sparring (PoC) — The Test of the Small Courtyard

Do not, from your very first day, set your ambition upon pacifying the entire Jianghu.

That road leads not to mastery — but to exhaustion, overreach, and ruin.

Instead —

Begin in the small courtyard (小庭) of your sect. Choose a single process. A single corner of the factory floor. 

And there, in that contained and manageable space, unfurl your technique for the first time.

The first — the cultivation of the Divine Eye (心眼): Computer Vision.

This is the art of perception so refined that it detects the wingbeat of a fly at a thousand li’s distance — a flaw invisible to the naked eye, a defect that passed through a hundred inspections unnoticed. Train this eye upon your quality inspection lines. Let it see what your disciples cannot.

The second — the mastery of the Listening Technique (聽功): Predictive Maintenance.

This is the art of the ear so attuned that the faintest groan of a machine — a tremor imperceptible to all others — speaks to the practitioner of the breakdown that has not yet come. Forty-eight hours before the failure. Seventy-two hours before the collapse. The technique whispers: prepare.

Win in the small courtyard first.

For only the commander who returns from a small victory with numbers, with proof, with results that speak for themselves —

only that commander earns the trust of the sect leader (掌門人) — the CEO — and with that trust, the authorization of greater resources, greater power, greater campaigns.]

4. 문파의 체질을 개선하라 (조직 재설계)

가장 무서운 적은 문파 내부의 ‘구태(Old Process) 귀신’이다. 

“우리 문파는 예전부터 이렇게 칼을 휘둘렀소!”라고 외치는 원로들을 설득하지 못하면 AX 신공은 한낱 종이 조각에 불과하다. 

제자들에게 AI라는 새로운 무기를 다루는 법을 가르치고, 무공의 체계(조직 거버넌스)를 AI 중심으로 다시 짜야 비로소 AX 문파로 거듭날 수 있다.

[4. Reform the Constitution of the Sect  — The Restructuring of the School

Know this above all else:

The most fearsome enemy does not dwell beyond the gates. It dwells within.

Its name is the Ghost of Old Process (舊態鬼) — and it haunts every corridor of every sect that has ever attempted transformation.

It speaks in a familiar voice. The voice of elders. Of veterans. Of those whose hands have gripped the same sword for thirty years.

“This is how our sect has always swung the blade!”

The cry echoes through the halls. Dignified. Certain. Immovable.

If these elders cannot be persuaded — if their hearts cannot be moved, their convictions gently dismantled and rebuilt — then the AX Divine Technique (AX神功) shall remain forever what it was the day it arrived:

a piece of paper. Magnificent in theory. Powerless in practice.

Only when both works are complete — the disciples retrained, the governance reborn — can the sect shed its old skin and rise, at last, as a true AX sect.

Not a sect that uses AI. A sect that breathes it.

결어: 만류귀종(萬流歸宗)

결국 모든 무공의 끝은 하나로 통한다. 

그것은 바로 ‘지속 가능한 성장’이라는 대업이다. 

AX는 단순히 신비로운 술법이 아니다. 

쇠를 두드리고 기름을 묻히는 제조의 근본에 AI라는 영물(靈物)의 지혜를 더하는 과정이다.

첫 보검을 어디에 휘두를지 고민 중인 장문인들이여, 그대들의 단전(현장)부터 살피라. 

그곳에 AX 신공의 첫 번째 초식이 숨어있을 것이니.

In the end, all paths of martial mastery converge upon a single destination.

Every technique, every school, every secret manual ever written — when followed to its final conclusion — arrives at the same place.

That place is called: Sustainable Growth — the Great Enterprise (大業)

Let no one mistake what AX truly is.

It is not a mystical incantation. It is not a sorcery that descends from the heavens upon the worthy.

It is a process.

The process of taking the fundamental nature of manufacturing — the hammering of iron, the pressing of steel, the hands that carry oil and grit — and adding to it the wisdom of a sacred and living creature (靈物) known as Artificial Intelligence.

Not replacing the hammer. Illuminating the hand that swings it.

To the sect leaders — the CEOs and the commanders — who now stand with their first divine sword in hand, turning it over, uncertain of where to strike:

Look not to the heavens for your answer.

Look to your cinnabar field. Look to the factory floor.

Examine it with honest eyes. Listen to it with patient ears.

For it is there — in the dust and the hum and the quiet failures of the daily process — that the first movement (初式) of the AX Divine Technique lies waiting.

Not in a conference room. Not in a consultant’s report. Not in the glossy pages of a technology white paper.

On the floor. Where the iron is hammered. Where the oil is pressed. Where your people stand.]
